Kristen & Marc – married

I met Kristen when she was the maid of honour at Tara and Paul’s wedding in 2012, so I was happy when she asked me to photograph her wedding to Marc. I enjoyed getting to know them both better during their engagement session and I knew their wedding would be a great time.

Kristen and her girls looked absolutely stunning, and Marc and his guys didn’t look too bad either. :) We beat the heat on this scorcher of a day by heading indoors during the middle of the afternoon, but I think some of my favourite shots came during our time outside in St. Boniface. Kristen also wanted to make sure we fit in some time for night shots after the formal part of the reception was done and I think it was well worth it!

Kristen and Marc, thanks for an awesome time. You guys were happy and relaxed throughout the day and it’s easy to see why you make a great couple.

delaney - SO GOOD! Great job Jeremy! Such awesome photos!

April & Denis – married

Denis and April’s wedding was beautiful and intimate, celebrated with their close family who joined them from all over Manitoba as well as Canada. The Fort Garry Hotel was the perfect place for their special day, from getting-ready shots to their ceremony and reception, and everything turned out perfectly.

It’s not very often that I get the whole day to focus on just the bride and the groom, but that’s what April and Denis planned and it was a treat to photograph this fun-loving couple. We stayed close the Fort Garry and the Legislative Building and enjoyed the beautiful spring weather. Denis loves his truck, so both April and Denis wanted to make sure it was part of their wedding day too :)

April and Denis, thanks for including us in your wonderful day!

Alex & Michael – married

Alex and Michael’s wedding was our wedding season kick-start. It was a great way to begin with an awesome couple, a beautiful wedding and ideal weather. The details throughout the day were perfect for a spring wedding and we enjoyed being able to shoot indoors and out. :)

It’s easy to see that family and friends are important to Alex and Michael and their entire day was enjoyed with the people closest to them. The whole crew had a fun time celebrating together. Alex and Michael were so relaxed and we had a wonderful day photographing such great people.

Thanks, Alex and Michael, for an awesome day!

LaDawn & Rob – engaged

LaDawn and Rob first met years ago while teaching at the same school but went in separate directions after that. A number of years later they ended up at the same school again, where their friendship grew to the point that they are now eagerly anticipating their wedding in just a few months’ time. :)

I had a great time getting to know both LaDawn and Rob as we walked around on a beautiful spring day. We captured some beautiful moments; I love the images of them sitting together on the hillside.

Thanks LaDawn and Rob! I’m really looking forward to spending June 30th with you both. :)

Enjoy!

Fevie & William – engaged

Fevie and William lucked out in getting their “winter” engagement session done right before the snow melted. Like many couples, they weren’t entirely sure what to expect from the engagement session, but it was a really wonderful time for them to get comfortable in front of the camera and for us to get to know each other better before their big day. I love so many images from this session… beautiful light, beautiful scenery and beautiful smiles :) Fevie and William make such a gentle and fun-loving couple and I know we will capture even more beautiful memories on their wedding day!
