What an amazing fall we’ve had! Breanne and Paul had such a perfect day for their wedding; the weather was great and the leaves had just started to turn colours. You couldn’t have asked for better!
We started the day out at Breanne’s house with some shots of her and the girls getting ready. It’s always nice to incorporate certain settings that are unique and specific to each couple. For Breanne, this included the park just behind her house. The girls looked amazing and Floral Elements did an amazing job with the flowers! Then we were off to the truly beautiful ceremony. Breanne walked with her father down an aisle that every bride dreams of – it was dimly-lit with large candelabras on either side.
After the ceremony, Paul could breathe a sigh of relief – he had been a little nervous about the formal part of everything! We decided to do some family shots at Assiniboine Park. Both of them have smaller families so it was short and sweet.
Breanne and Paul’s reception was taking place out at The Gates on Roblin in Headingly so we included one of my favourite spots in that area. It’s always so nice to shoot at The Gates, but it’s especially beautiful in fall. After finishing off with the wedding party, we spent the last half hour with just Breanne & Paul. This was my favourite time and we captured some real sentimental moments with gorgeous colours all around them.
Thanks for a wonderful day and I hope these images will bring the memories of the day flooding back for years to come!
