Amanda and Mike’s wedding had a close and intimate feel the entire day. Their wedding party was made up of family members, with each of the bridesmaids and groomsmen making up real-life couples. This was a pretty unique scenario for me to shoot and I enjoyed using it in some of the shots. It also made for a really fun day since everyone was so comfortable with each other.
Their “first look” was at the Legislative Building, which is always a beautiful back-drop. We also made sure we included the fall colours outside that everyone loves at this time of year. I really enjoyed shooting at the Millennium Library since it was a fun location that meant something special to the couple… these guys love to read. :)
It was a wonderful day for the couple, spent with close family and friends, and ending with loved ones surrounding them as they promised their vows to each other. Amanda and Mike, thanks for inviting me to capture your special day!
