Kristina and Kevin were all about fun with family and friends on their wedding day. They wanted some great shots but they also wanted to enjoy the day and not rush around to a ton of different locations, so we kept it simple with just the Legislative Building and the Exchange District.
The girls stated the day off at Kristina’s parents, doing a quick toast to get the day started before they left. The ceremony was held at the beautiful Holy Eucharist Ukrainian Catholic Church. It was stunning and I think the images captured the feel really well.
With the heat we’ve been having we tried to stay in the shade at the Legislative Building but it wasn’t long until a friend stopped by with slurpees for all. :) On the way back to the reception we made a quick stop downtown to grab some great shots at the loading docks of an old building.
At the reception it seemed like everyone was itching to get the party started and the formal part of the evening was kept short. Soon the live Ukrainian band was up and the real party started; everyone was whipping around the dance floor to some authentic polka music. Pretty fun stuff!
Kristina and Kevin, I hope the images will allow all the memories of your wedding day to come flooding back! Enjoy :)
